Guide: How to use MP4 Splitter basically
Step 1 Add files. Click the add file button 
on the left top of the main interface and then you can choose the MP4 files in the pop up dialog box.
Step 2 You can split the MP4 file easily. Please click this button 
in the toolbar to open clip window
1 Click Play button 
to play the selected file.
2 please Click Set Start Point button 
to set the start point .When the file jumps to the end point you want, click Set End Point button 
to get one segment.
3 when you want to start a new clip , please click this button 
and repeat Step 3 to clip a new segment.
4 The MP4 Splitter also allows you to choose Custom Split Size or Custom Split Time options, for example, 7M or 5minutes per piece, as the follow dialog box. And the splitting number of output file depends on the the whole size and the time of the source file.
Tips:
You can set your own Video settings button, allowing to adjust video codes, framerate, bitrate, video size, resolutions, before converting.
