Step 1 Free Download and install this MPEG Splitter

Step 2 Please press the button Add Files at the top left of the page then it will appear a dialogue box , you can choose the video files which you want to split.

Step 3 Please click this button   in the toolbar to open the edit window.

First . Click play button  to play the selected file.

Second . Please Click Set Start Point button    to set the start point .When the file jumps to the end point you want, click Set End Point  button   to get one segment

Third . When you want to start a new clip , please click this button  and repeat last step to clip a new segment.
